Understated, but Still Chic, Party Wear for the Festive Season
/If you’re on social media or subscribe to any fashion channels you’ll have noticed the trend towards party wear that’s more subdued and chic, rather than full-on party gowns. More and more there’s a need to be able to get ‘dressed-up’ more quickly, maybe for that after work cocktail party or dinner date with friends…. and the go-to look is more casual but still with the desire to look elegant and refined.
Maybe we’re seeing this more due to the aftermath of the casual attire we found ourselves wearing during lockdown…. whatever the reason, my Blog today focuses on this trend and I’m sharing with you some gorgeous pieces that I’ve recently come across…
Style note: two outfits have been shared with you under each heading. The first I would suggest is more suited if you have a ‘cool’ skin-tone and the second more for those of you with a ‘warm’ skin-tone.
