"Inspiration, Empowerment & Community" series of conversations...
I'm delighted this month to be in conversation with Lorna Driver-Davies, registered naturopathic nutritional therapist.
Lorna Driver-Davies has worked for a decade as a registered naturopathic nutritional therapist, integrating functional medicine practice with her knowledge of botanicals as a herbal medicine dispenser.
She has expertise in teen and women’s hormone and gynaecological nutrition, working with diagnosed conditions and irregularities (including psychological changes related to menstrual and hormone health), menstrual cycle optimisation, the promotion of healthy female hormones, healthy peri-menopause and menopause, healthy fertility, pregnancy and post-natal health, thyroid health, minimising the affects upon organs and systems that connect to the stress response, sleep and energy optimisation.
The focus of our conversation will be on understanding our body-shapes through the menopause and beyond, with a particular focus on why it is that past a ‘certain age’ weight (if we are going to put it on) tends to accumulate more around our tummy area.
Having personally used Lorna’s services I’m acutely aware of what a difference a good nutritionist can make - not only to how you feel physically but mentally too. So, I’m delighted that she has agreed to take time out of her busy schedule to do this event together and I very much hope you'll be able to join us.
